1. Sample supply

How to pay for the sample cost? It is totally up to customer at their convenient way,wellsun can accept T.T,Western Union or paypal. Do you offer the sample or not, how to calculate the charge? We can supply the sample and will charge for them at the same time. Can you make the sample according to the customer's requirement? We can make the sample according to the customer's requirement. But if there is any change in color, specification and function, we will charge for some fee according to the actual circumstance. If the customer needs a big change to the products which involves mould fee and exploitation fee, we will negotiate a price additionally. How long can customer get the sample? Normally, it takes 4-5 working days. Who will undertake the freight cost? There are two ways on this point 1) If customer has their own courier A/C,such as:DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT Etc,we will ship the sample with freight cost collected by their A/C. 2) If customer doesn’t have courier A/C,they can pay to us and we prepaid to courier.

2. Official order instructions

How can I judge the quality of mass production? Before mass production, normally we will make 3PS samples, one will be sent to customer and another 2 will be assigned to our production&QC dept, once customer approved the sample, production dept will start bulk production and QC dept will do quality control strictly based on the approved sample. Can you print the customer's logo and company name on the packing? Yes. When silk-screen the LOGO on the product, we will charge the printing fee according to the color and the amount, the minimum order quantity is 2000PCS. If print on the packing, the minimum order quantity of color printing is 5000PCS. You can send the LOGO and the information to be printed to our overseas department by E-mail ( mailto:wellsun31@hxbloc.com) with the format of JPG,PHOTOSH OP, COOLDRAW,AI. We will arrange professional to design and print. What’s your payment term? We prefer to accept bank to bank wire transaction than other ways,contents in details is 30% deposit and remaining 70% paid before delivery or inspection. What is the minimum order quantity? The minimum order quantity is determined by the type of the product. The minimum order quantity of normal products is 2000PCS. If the customer needs change in color, packing or specification, the minimum order quantity must be at least 5000PCS. What is the material of your case? We offer two kinds of materials for our cases: one is genuine cow leather, and another is PU. It depends on what you want. Do you accept OEM order and make products according to the customer's design? We welcome very much the OEM order and we make products according to the customer's design.

3. Transportation information

How to arrange transportation? If customers has their appointed forwarder, we will delivery the cargo to their warehouse once all goods are ready, then the forwarder cares for shipping issues, if customer has no idea on transportation,wellsun will find a suitable forwarder to take care of all shipping issues. What’s the transportation way and leadtime? Generally,it depends on customers,there are 3 ways for option. The first way is through sea shipment,around 12-35days, hinging on different countries&sections. The second one is by air service,aound 3-4days and the third one is by Door-to-door service,aound 3-4days.

4. After service

Do you offer any after-sale service? We will supply additional 1‰ spare products as after service.
